MEET DIAPASON INTERNATIONAL
Talent from near and far. One shared score.
With Diapason International, I help organisations succeed in their international projects: welcoming and integrating colleagues from abroad, and building cooperation within multicultural teams, in French or English, on site or remotely.
Beyond different cultural codes and ways of working, your people share what really matters: a common goal, and the same need for recognition, trust and purpose.
On that foundation, newcomers get up to speed quickly, and teams, even far apart, work together more effectively.
“To put everything in balance is good; to put everything in harmony is better.”
— Victor Hugo
My role
Helping your international teams play in tune.
Orchestrating talent
Diversity is a team's strength. As long as it's in tune.
As in an orchestra, an international team draws its performance from the diversity of its voices, provided they play together.
How I can help
Three levels of action. One approach.
With Diapason International, I work on three interconnected levels.
For your organisation
Decide with confidence
I support your organisation and your talent at every stage of your international projects. Every intervention is designed to give your teams the right support, at the right level, and to maximise their impact.

- Carry out an intercultural diagnosis of your projects, teams and mobility practices, and advise you on where to act.
- Secure international recruitment and mobility with an intercultural clarification interview before hiring or before the assignment begins, to make sure the person, the role and their life plans are in tune.
For your internationally mobile talent
Arrive with peace of mind. Hit the ground running.
Before, during and after departure or arrival, my integrated approach sets your mobile talent up for success, while freeing your HR team to focus on its strategic priorities.

- Handle every aspect of relocation: house-hunting, paperwork, schooling, setting up accounts, access to healthcare and first steps in the city.
- Support the employee and their family as they adapt to a new culture: understanding the codes of the country and the company, moving through the stages of life abroad, and preparing for the return home.
- Provide French training built on real situations from the job and/or everyday life.
For your teams
Working together, even at a distance
Turn the gaps within your international and hybrid teams into drivers of strategic performance. My tailored programmes turn these challenges into lasting strengths, building leadership and cohesion across your teams.

Frequently asked questions
What I do. And what I don't.

How does support work in practice?
Everything starts with a personalised welcome meeting of 1.5 to 2 hours, by video call or in person, with the employee and their family. I prepare this meeting with your HR and management team to understand your expectations, then we design the programme together.
How is pricing determined?
Every need is different, so I provide a quote after an initial conversation. This first conversation, to clarify your project, is free and without obligation. I prefer a tailored approach to a fixed price list.
Can you work on a one-off or ongoing basis?
Both. I can step in on a one-off basis, for a single workshop or clarification interview. We can also set up an ongoing arrangement, such as an annual contract with prepaid sessions or set days each month, to support your talent and teams continuously.
What formats do you offer for teams?
Tailored workshops, from half a day to a full day, with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure quality discussion. For a larger audience, I also give the talk “Intercultural intelligence as a driver of performance”.
Do you work in person or remotely?
Both. Intercultural support for teams is delivered remotely, with no geographical limits, which makes it ideal for multi-site projects and distributed international teams. Sessions with employees and their families take place in person in Wallonia and Brussels, or by video call.
And what doesn't Diapason do?
I don't handle immigration, tax or physical removals myself. Instead, I coordinate specialist partners, so you keep one single point of contact.
