360° support

HR, talent, teams, managers, families: all on the same wavelength.

My work focuses on collaboration between all the talent that makes up your organisation: employees on international assignment, local teams and international teams. To turn cultural diversity into a driver of performance, I support your international projects at every stage, starting with an initial diagnosis.

One-to-one or in groups, in person or remotely, my approach covers every aspect of your strategy to strengthen your intercultural performance and secure the long-term management of your talent wherever your organisation operates.

Does this sound familiar?

Working internationally isn't only about those who move abroad. Everyone works in an international environment, with its misunderstandings, its gaps and its richness.

Your team is welcoming a colleague from abroad.
Your teams work every day with a site abroad.
Part of your business has been relocated abroad.
Your managers lead people remotely whom they rarely see.

01 · Diagnosis and consulting

Understand before acting.

Every international mobility project raises important questions for your organisation, your talent and their families.

While it is essential to secure the individual journey of an employee moving abroad, this must be distinguished from the challenges of collaboration between your teams based in different countries.

Whether it's about individual integration or collective synergy, the right intercultural approach turns the challenges of distance and cultural difference into lasting drivers of performance and trust.

“Difference is not an obstacle to manage, but a richness to reveal, provided the organisation and its talent build the trust that allows everyone to make the most of it.”

02 · Intercultural pre-assignment interview

Secure your international recruitment

Once I have identified your expectations and what is at stake in the assignment, I hold a pre-assignment interview with your mobile talent. This dedicated time helps anticipate the challenges of moving, to Belgium or abroad, and define a concrete integration plan.

It takes place either before the final hiring decision or once it has been made. The result: less risk of an assignment ending early, and a well-managed investment.

We check that everything is in tune:

Family balance
Motivation and understanding of the role
Intercultural skills

For all international talent, whether they are moving abroad or returning from an assignment and want to make the most of their experience and prepare a constructive return to Belgium.

03 · Relocation and support

Up and running from day one.

We prepare your employees' arrival well before their first day, and stay by their side long after. All the logistics are taken care of, freeing up your HR team.

The result: a smoother transition, less friction, an immediate start in the role and talent who settle in with confidence.

04 · Intercultural training

Decoding the codes of your daily work.

My intercultural workshops explore the dynamics of collaboration to sharpen your awareness and prepare you for the cultural challenges you meet on assignment. Fully tailored, they help your teams understand how culture shapes their day-to-day work.

Expatriates, international employees and families gain the knowledge and tools to integrate successfully or work more effectively in a multicultural environment.
