Mouvement · settling in
New country, new home.
Moving abroad isn't just moving house. It isn't tourism either. It means committing to a transformation. It is also a chance to grow, to widen your sense of belonging, and to build something new together.

A successful expatriation means harmonising different expectations, bearings and ways of working to build new everyday codes. The success of an international move goes beyond logistics: it is prepared well before departure and involves the talent and their family as much as the host teams. To truly integrate, you need to get used to new bearings, engage with a culture and create a new way of life in an environment that feels safe and reassuring.
These dimensions are inseparable: if one is missing, the whole project is weakened. Conversely, a well-prepared move becomes a meaningful opportunity where everyone finds their place. The first months are decisive: it is during this pivotal period that lasting integration is built or, on the contrary, that the assignment runs out of steam.
My services
One single point of contact, from before arrival until you've found your bearings.
Handling housing, paperwork, schools and a whole new daily routine at the same time, often without knowing the administrative language or local customs?
I get in touch with you before you arrive and remain your single point of contact throughout this stage: the person to ask every question, even those that seem too small, and to count on when something gets stuck.
I take care of the practical organisation of your move, and the relationship of trust we build doesn't end when you get the keys: I stay by your side while you find your bearings and truly feel at home.
Once settled, the talent can finally focus on what matters: their role, their family, their new life in Belgium.
