Tuning every voice

Diagnose, advise, co-create.

My goal: teams who understand each other, whatever the distance or the language; employees who become autonomous faster; and international projects that deliver on their promises, for the organisation and for the people involved.

Let's discuss your needs

International collaboration never succeeds thanks to one person alone.

It plays out between the employee arriving or leaving, their family, the local team welcoming them, colleagues working with a site abroad, and managers leading remotely.

This dynamic involves a whole ecosystem: the employee and their family, the host team, colleagues working with other countries and remote managers. Together, they operate in a complex international environment, with its challenges, its gaps and its richness.

That is why I look at the whole system: who leaves, who welcomes, who collaborates remotely, and what flows (or doesn’t) between them.

Just as a tuning fork gives a whole orchestra the right note, my role is to help everyone tune in to one another.

Each person first identifies their own gaps before getting to grips with the other's codes. No one is asked to give up who they are.

Building trust

Three stages for lasting effectiveness.

Combining strategic vision, intercultural expertise and hands-on facilitation, I work on site or remotely to remove cultural barriers and build shared ways of cooperating that deliver lasting effectiveness.

1 · The assessment

Understand before acting

This first stage clarifies what is at stake in your international projects, for your organisation and for your talent and their families.

My conviction: the success of any international collaboration depends on anticipation and the commitment of everyone involved.

2 · The support

Rolling out concrete solutions

This second phase brings your teams together around concrete solutions: group workshops, manager coaching or support with intercultural communication.

What's at stake: making every international collaboration a competitive advantage by aligning your employees' engagement with the organisation's ambitions.

3 · The result

Sustaining performance

This stage embeds new ways of working by creating balance. Thanks to intercultural intelligence, your teams build shared success across borders.

The impact: well-managed adjustment, smooth relationships and talent committed to their role, driving your organisation's performance and success.

How we get started

From questionnaire to action plan.

Step 1

A first contact

A questionnaire opens the conversation and gives me a first picture of your needs.

If you are an organisation: describe your context, your goals, your HR practices and how your international teams work together.

Getting to know your talent: tell me about your project, your expectations and your situation.

Step 2

An on-site meeting

Questionnaires shed light on the situation, but they don't tell the whole story. Meeting your HR team and/or managers lets me observe how your organisation really works, grasp its nuances and deepen my analysis.

Step 3

A co-created action plan

I propose a targeted action plan that we refine together: you know your organisation and your teams, I bring my intercultural and HR expertise. Realistic actions, aligned with your business priorities and carried by the people who will bring them to life.

Let's assess your needs.
