A new chapter: I am embarking on ICF certification

Already trained in coaching, in October 2026 I began the ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification programme with Coaching+ Academy in Liège.

This isn't just one more training course. It's a real journey, one that calls for commitment, self-questioning and moving forward step by step, professionally as well as personally.

And I'm not doing it alone. The training team is made up of experienced, passionate and deeply human coaches who know how to push everyone further, with kindness. Around me there is also a wonderful group with very different backgrounds, where we learn as much from one another as from the course itself.

Working with international talent and multicultural teams, I have often seen that learning a language isn't enough. Settling in a new country or working across cultures also means finding your place and keeping your self-confidence, sometimes by reinventing yourself. I have lived this myself, first as an expatriate partner and then on my own assignments abroad.

This programme helps me support these moments with even greater accuracy: truly listening, asking the right questions and letting each person find their own answers.

Certification is expected in June 2027. I will share my journey with you step by step.
